Things are wilting, even my spirits

Here in Cobb Co. we have been under a total water ban before others. There has been no rain and none in site. My garden is very sad as I. My woodland garden is suffering the worst. I guess the large trees are very thirty and have depleted any available moisture so the hydrangeas are all wilting. My western exposure garden in the front of the house shows no signs of wilting, which is amazing. I am a landscape designer and have totally stopped designing/installing. I don't think anyone should count on nature watering their newly planted material after the 30 day period has expired. If you carry buckets, put it on existing shrubs and trees not pansies nor newly planted things. I am enjoying the time off and now have time for things I never had time for; like working in my own garden. Too bad I can't water. Thanks for your shoulder to cry on.
