We may all have it!
It's a great plant. It will flower most in full sun, but I have mine in more shade. The whippy stems stay green all winter for winter interest.

I had one for years and years. It grew in partial shade. I finally pulled all of it out. It got taller than I am and took over a whole section of the wooded area in my front yard. It is a great plant - really thrives - if you have some room to devote to it. I still see suckers come up from time to time, and it's been five years since I pulled it out.

If you'd like some Kerria, I have several large stands of it which I _HAVE_ to thin and take back every year.

Please feel free to get some of it :) It's been blooming in everything from pretty heavy shade to full sun in various parts of the yard, all from the same original stand just separated out. I've given it to several folks on here too ;)
