Eddie, that is a more sensible way! I must admit that the fact that I have to go down two flights of stairs and across the garden to the orb has been my downfall. Maybe I'll try a drawer in the refrigerator.

try the freecycle list for your area. I got rid of old appliances, and other assorted junk there. People just gratefully come and get it!
