"Oysters" and "die" in the same sentence, interesting. All in good fun. (Bet you're not laughing though). Does anyone ever bring fruit trees, berry bushes or vines with edible fruit to these plant swaps?

I got a baby persimmon tree from Marcy, and she also had figs and maybe other fruit trees. It was wonderful fun, Eddie. I was deliriously happy with my trades and it was a good time. Are you coming some time Eddie??

I brought some thornless blackberry vines to the spring trade. Don't know if they survived, though. The ones I kept at home did not. I've since learned that cuttings of blackberry vines are notoriously difficult to take. I'm now trying layering instead.

I would be very interested in fruit bushes and vines if you would like to bring some to future plant trades, Eddie. Let us know if you're planning to do so for the spring trade, and what kinds of things you would be interested in trading for, so we can start planning ahead.
