My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Thank you, everyone, for your suggestions. I now have a plan to attack the underbrush. I will initially work in small areas, 10' x 10'. I am sure this will take quite a long time but I am up for the task. At least the hot weather is behind us. Thanks again!
