Just call some tree companies around you. Some of them will bring wood chips to your place and dump a whole truck load where you tell them.

I don't think you want wood chips next to your house though, as they may attract termites. But I could be wrong as usual.

The power company can also be a source of wood chips.

Your might check your municipal government. Ours provides free mulch and used to provide free chips, although lately they've been channeling them somewhere else. Ours loads them if you bring a pickup or trailer.
