Winter bed renovation?

Will I fatally damage things by doing a major renovation on a wed during the winter. The things I will have to dig out while dormant are daylillies, agapanthus, stokes aster, possibly some alstromeria and autumn joy sedumn cornflower and daisy.

I can dig these things out and put them in pots in the garage or drop them in a holding bed while I dig out the other stuff I want to erradiate from the bed. What do ya'll think?

Snoogie, I"ve even just heaped them all together in plastic bags and covered with a sheet to keep frost off of the bags, and everything has done just super well. Don't worry. Everything you have is very well hardy here!

I've dug up plants and replanted them a week later during winter - bags will work, a holding bed may be slightly better but more work. Good luck.

Ahhh, better do dig vigorously in 50-60 degree weather than anything over 74 degrees for me. Looks like Monday and Tuesday will be good days to start.
