I want to candy the citrons I'm planning to grow this summer.

I haven't found any recipes for preserving them. I got the seeds from Abundant Life Seeds, Co. All 5 seeds have germinated.

I'd also like a recipe for sweet pickle, preserves, as well as candied.

These citrons are light green with darker green stripes on the outside and the flesh is yellowish, white. The seeds appear tan to brown.
