My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Those two are my favorite gingers! I bought both them from Liz and Richard's Birds and Blooms, also know as Gingerland, which is up in the Stark area, north marion county.
The drooping pink ginger is a globba called Ruby Queen but it's not fragrant. The picture is from last year since this year as soon as it started growing a racoon, squirrel, or something ate all the new growth!
I've not had the variegated crepe ginger bloom for me yet but maybe it will this year. The undersides of the leasves is fuzzy and feels like velvet. Right now it's pretty small and is being protected by an old bird cage I put over it. I'll keep those critters from eating at least one of my gingers!
