My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The porch flooring, and the handrails, are IPE. They are sealed with a penefin oil so there is no need for a stain.

    How often do you need to re-apply the penefin oil? I'm about to install an Ipe floor in a covered screened porch in GA very similar to yours but am curious about the maintenance, thanks.
