We have one of these that was blooming when we bought it at Lowes about 4 years ago but has not bloomed since. It has purple/pinkish clusters of flowers and is about 4 feet high.

It gets mid-day sun and is planted near the ocean. The plant thrives but is not flowering. Any thoughts?
