I am curios of anyone's experience with any fig varieties in hawaii, i am on the big island on the very eastern point. The soil is young and very free drained. Some varieties that do decently well are the white kadota and brown turkey. I think figs have a very high potential here for there uniqueness difference from most tropical fruits here.
