My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

why did it die?

18 years ago

Planted a beautiful Fleming hybrid "fireball" that was the hit of the neighborhood last summer. It was planted close to the foundation and was mulched for winter. No signs of life now. All my others are 3 or 4 foot tall now.Fleming bros. bred their hibiscus for hardiness and strenth.
