We have a hibiscus tree that has a 1" trunk and was doing well until aphids attacked it. My MIL gave DH some concoction to get of the aphids and it worked, but the tree is just a trunk with buds and a few leaves. The buds look healthy, but they don't grwo. We transplanted it a few months ago and it's growth is stuck at this stage. Any suggestions? I can post a pict over the weekend if that would help. Any ideas would be appreciated.
