could you please tell me where you purchased the mantle/shelf or was it custom made?

JPWiley1 - I finally called the firm that did this mantel when I was unable to get a comment back from them via Houzz. I was told that it was fabricated for the project. We ended up doing something similar to this with a piece of angle iron purchased from a local steel supplier. We then finished it onsite.
