Frank --There is a large market for barns in many areas. Particularly if it is restored and maintained. Here in Iowa, barns are disappearing at a very rapid rate and the historical societies are very interested in saving them.

Maybe you would consider donating it to a museum -- great tax write-off. Look into Barn Again! for groups and organizations that are interested in saving our rural heritage.
