Hey Linda, what tomato seeds do you plant? Some of us have been talking about a tomato seed swap for fall.

You name them and I plant most of them. I have lots of cherry varieties, romas, heirlooms, grapes, oxhearts.but I love my beefsteaks in every color. Linda

Linda, it sounds like you'll be planting in the ground instead of containers. Hope that's good news and means you found a place with some garden space!

Nope on containers and lots and lots of them some will even be in hanging baskets. I am creative/ I may get to plant in ground but it will be at an apartment complex and I will more than likely lose a lot of veggies to residents who help themselves.

Thanks for posting this timetable. I also do most of my gardening in containers and will have to plant extras for neighbors, since my gardens are next to the dumpster where everyone has to go at some point. I love to share anyways.

So I hope you will post some pics as your veggies start to grow.

What kind of squash are you planting? Where do you get your seeds? I have some butternut seedlings pop up after I composted, but it's probably going to stay too hot for them.

How about peas? When should I plant some Sugar Snaps here in Zone 10?

I'm very new to veggie gardening, but I got a strip of dirt to play with this spring and I need to eat healthier, so I thought I should study up on this adventure.
