My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: Free streaked seedlings

I had an abundance of streaked seedlings this past year. They are last winters seedlings so they are one eyed plants. I have NO idea how large they will become but im offering them free to a good home. I offered these to a particular person on the Hosta forum but I never heard back.
