Well, hold on a minute, 1st tings 1st. Does she have a place to live yet, as in a place in which to put her plants? Also, tho' I see you're trying to help her, you may want to ask her abt this 1st, 'cause otherwise, if she hasn't gone back yet, she may not want to haul plants w/ her, along w/ Other things she may have to bring back to start over again.

I appreciate your spirit in helping her, but this seems sort of like buying a pet for a friend. If one is sure they really want one, are they ready for it yet? The timing being right, the necessary space, equipment, accessories, etc. I'd suggest finding out abt the basics 1st.

Hi, thanks for the interest, those are good questions. First, she does have a place to live, she has relocated here in Arkansas, and she is not planning on moving back to Louisiana. Second, she has expressed an interest in growing and gardening again, we talk about it because I love to garden myself. I only posted about it because I thought someone might have some cuttings or something they wanted to get rid of or didn't know what to do with. I'm not asking anybody to donate expensive plants or to go out of their way. My friend is busy trying to buy furniture and basic necessities, she doesn't have the extra money to purchase them from a nursery right now, so I just had the idea to try this b/c I have seen postings from other people offering free cuttings and such, that's all. But, as I said before, thank you for the interest, and I appreciate anyone who may offer to help. Have a good evening!

Do you think she would want some unnamed hoya';s. I have some to get rid off that I have lost the name tags off of. I also can send some houseplant cuttings and a few rooted plants.
