My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: Hoya Linearis

I have a 6" hanging basket of Linearis. It is an EA Hoya I bought at Lowes. I am interested in trading either just a cutting of it or the whole plant for other cuttings. I would really like to have Kentiana but I am open, just email me what you would like to trade (whole plants or cuttings.

Here's a pic of the Linearis, I bought both plants today, want to keep one and trade the other for something I don't have already.
