I was going to suggest a navy. With the house color and all the green from the trees a navy would look beautiful.

How about a rust or reddish brown shutter color? I think either one of these colors will enhance your home. A door in the same color would be awesome also.

Shutters won't fit on the inside of the windows over the garage and will look silly if you only put one on each outside. Are you planning to do Bermuda shutters? Those would work better than just faux ones that frame the windows but look like they're just stuck on to add color. Shutters really are supposed to look like they are workable and be large enough to actually cover the windows if they were closed. Two shutters on the outside of three windows in the living room won't make sense either. I think beautiful navy, white and cream striped awnings would look better at both locations.
