Finally bought my triplex to live in and rent out two. My apartment is tiny but I think I can make it interesting and gorgeous. Thinking of painting the walls a soft medium tone dove grey in my Living Room-Kitchen combo. The Kitchen cabinets and my eating area will be a golden maple wood. I want to paint my ceiling a pale aqua or some shade of sky blue. Am buying an area rug and draperies so I can incorporate my colors. Because i went crazy and bought an ultra suede Magenta chair last year, (which I love!) there will be touches of that color pulled around the room as an accent. All my (admittedly unadventurous friends) just look at me when I tell them my plans. What do you think?
