Blossom drop

O.K. summer is mostly done and Im getting ready to start growing tomatoes. Its probably still too early but I got a heat wave and solar flare tomato plant. But I have been told that there flavor is not so good and thats why I am also going to grow Big Boy and Red Brandywine. Now I now if the temperature goes above 90 degrees the blossoms will fall off because they need a cooling time. I cant do much about the day temperature but what if I was to bring my five gallon buckets inside during the night so that they will get a proper cooling period? Just a thought remember Im still a newbie. Do you guys think it might work?
