My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How could I forget?!

Brad,

Somehow I got it into my head that today was the day and I was so looking forward to posting you a message. So, I get my writing hat on, and double check the date, and realize...

YOUR BIRTHDAY WAS YESTERDAY!

So here's hoping you had the wonderful birthday you so richly deserve and that you keep that happiness with you for the rest of the year. You are one of the sweetest people I know and if anyone is owed a life full of love and ever blooming Hoyas it is you. ^_^

p's. I probably wouldn't even remember my own birthday if it wasn't for FB notifications, so if anyone out there has a birthday and I do not say anything about it even the day after that is why!
