How does it look?

From what I understand this is a H. Carnosa Tricolour. I've had it for about a year and a half, maybe a little longer. It is my first Hoya! I started it from a 4'' pot. It's in a south facing window and gets about 7 hours or more of direct sun depending on the season of course. I'm just wondering why it doesn't have more red and white on it. When it was younger it had more white and red leaves near the tips of the shoots but for some reason they dried up and fell off, none of the green and white leaves have ever fallen off just the red and white ones. Also, how much longer do I have to wait for it to flower? I feed it 15-15-18 once a month and sometimes substitute that for either fish emulsion 5-1-1 or just a water soluble 15-30-15. I know the stems need to grow long before they flower but I have trimmed the long straggly looking stems in the past knowing I could potentially be cutting off future bloom sites. The long stems in this picture just started to grow about a month or so ago and I'm going to leave them on this time.
