I can't see the toepads well enough to be certain, but it does look like one of the CTF's in the mottled color phase.
Here are pictures of some for you, very similarly marked. You can clearly see the oversized toepads. If yours has toepads this large, it is probably a Cuban.

Call me the mighty cuban tree frog hunter! :o)

I saw him hanging out on my yard art and after a few attempts captured him in a cool whip container. He's now chilling out in the freezer. We were able to confirm the big toes.

Tomorrow night I'll get a picture and send an email to the University of Florida extension service for mapping.

I hope I don't have many more of them.

Well ... there is a whopper CTF in a Publix Premium Virginia Peanut can in my freezer.
