Ok so I love this vendor but I can not tell what size pot I am buying. Am I blind? Are their prices I see for cuttings? I am thinking not but I can not find a pot size. Anyone use them who can tell me where to find pot size being offered?
i was looking around on her site not too long ago and im pretty sure i saw somewhere that she does 3 1/2 inch pots. it was actually something on her site where she was talking about how she was switching to 3 1/2 inch pots from 4 inch pots so as to have more space. she said that the plants will be the same size as before, just slightly smaller pots... ill try and find it for you...
The plants you "add to your cart" are young starter plants in 2.25" pots.
That picture shows two pots, a 4" pot (her original size) and the sleek new 2.25" pot. As you can see, the plant sizes remained the same. I've received plenty of plants in the new pot size and I think I actually prefer them. That size is super for caring for young Hoyas and cuttings. I even ordered a bunch of them for starting my own Hoyas.
You can order cuttings from Joni, but you can't do this via the shopping cart. Next to each plant name, when you look at its page, is a $ or $$ or $$$ or $$$$. This indicates its price as a cutting. Here is the key. You just make a list of the cuttings you're interested in and email Joni and she'll tell you what she has available and send an invoice to your email that will guide you through PayPal, so it's just as easy as making a purchase through the website. (It's been a while since I've done that, so I hope this is still accurate.)
ok thank you for clearing that up gg. i thought i had read somewhere that is switched to 3 1/2... where i got that i have no idea, but now that you wrote 2.25 i know that is the size i saw not the 3 1/2.
Thanks GG I was having a hard time finding the size.....after all I am a blonde lol. I think I am going to try ordering theres a few I love thats available!
