I have always been addicted to scented geraniums. I was also compelled to start a rex begonia collection last year after visiting the greenhouses at Planting Fields, where they had tons of great specimens. In fact, I scored a new begonia just this morning!

Have you had much luck growing lupines here in the past?

I've been growing lupines for about 10 yrs. Just the volunteers from original. Last year I bought some russel seeds and some of them bloomed the 1st year. Now I'm trying different kinds. They really put on a show and have a very strong soapy scent. I'm hoping they will keep the deer away.lol. I think a 22 is the only way to get rid of them. Too bad my DH doesn't hunt.
