Oh where oh where have the sensitive ferns gone?

Anybody notice a huge disappearance in the sensitive ferns? They grew everywhere around my house since we moved in (1991). All except for a few remaining in a fern bed have simply vanished. I have been away at college for a while, so I have no if they came up and something killed them, or if they just did not return after the winter.

I'm not having that problem, although I have them in only one location at my house. In fact they are about to be moved to make room for other things. Hopefully they'll like their new home.

if you mean Onoclea sensibilis they're still growing behind my house.
Did you lose any shade? A broken branch?
