I grow them all the time. You can get seed from most flower catalogs like Parks, Johnny's, Burpee, Select Seeds, etc. Do a search. Plant when it's cool out, outdoors in early spring.

I fell in love with Mexican goldpoppies that cover the ground in Arizona and I now grow them every year. They are magical to me and take me back there. Your corn poppies will do that for you, too!
