My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Gallon Perennials $2.38 at Lowe's

Check your local store. I got Blazing Star, Russian Sage, and a Heuchera. They had other things, too, but the selection was a bit limited.

Their seeds were COMPLETELY gone, and they were at Walmart, too. What gives?
