Beneficial nematodes

I have a couple of questions. I've been invaded with Japanese weevils (not beetles, weevils) who are feasting on my rhodies. They are impervious to Neem & Malathion. I am looking for nematodes Heterorhaditis.

-What's the best online source for nematodes?
-Is there anywhere in Westchester county I could get them?
-Has anyone had any luck using other products?
