I've been spending the last two weeks repotting things before bringing them inside. First in was my lemon tree (now over 45 years old) and then cannas, agapanthus, sweet olive, pineapple sage, fuchsia and five different kinds of rosemary. Then came the tender roses, teas and chinas, Blush Noisette, Coral Nymph sage and salvia ullginosa. Now I'm working on the miniature roses and a few miscellaneous things that didn't get planted.

Yesterday when I was repotting a china rose, I discovered two columbine seedings, so they went into their own pot. Last night I brought in a chamaecyparis (Fernspray Gold) and

some dianthus.

These are more or less evenly divided between my living room and bedroom and don't leave much room for me or pooch. But it does give a nice garden feeling inside when the outside world is snowy.
