We have a single 5 foot vanity with the sink on the left side. The sink is also in the corner of the room. I'd prefer to have side lights but I'm not sure if there is enough space for it to look right.

How much space do you need for a light between a wall and mirror? One side light I'm considering is only 3 1/4 inches wide, which helps. There's 6 inches from the wall to where the sink basin starts (but only 3 1/2 inches to the edge of the sink).

Possible options:

One ~48 inch mirror (6 inch space on each side for lights)

Two 18 inch mirrors (6 inch space on each side, 12 inch space in centre)

One ~56 inch mirror with top lights
