Here are some you may want to try "Art's Seedless",Warren Jones(quite vigorous).Bubba is another variety these can all be trimmed up into a tree form.
There is a Chilopsis x Chitalpa tashkentensis "Pink Dawn".
You may see which one is more to your liking.

Chilopsis is a great plant. It provides filtered shade so many plants will grow under it. I don't know about lawn grass though, it usually needs more water than is good for the Desert Willow. It does form seed pods that some view as messy, there is a podless form. The name escapes me at the moment, sorry.You can prune Chilopsis to have as many trunks as you like. They're drought tolerant but can take occasional, very occasional, flooding. They must have good drainage and lots of sun.
Avoid the Chilopsis x Chitalpa trees. They have a genetic weakness that makes them susceptible to Xyella. They'll grow for a several years (if you're lucky) and then start a slow ugly death. Just plant a Chilopsis.
