The plants you listed should all be available locally. Most of what you listed are perennial so if you want blooms this year, you would need to buy plants instead of growing from seed. If I were you I would also add Salvia Coccinea to your list. It is an annual but will reseed every year and the hummingbirds love love love it and it is very easy to grow. Lady in Red is the variety that is usually available in local nurseries but you may even find Coral Nymph as it is becoming very popular.

For the Bee Balm go with 'Jacob's Cline as it is more mildew resistant than the other varieties and Huge blooms.

Columbine: Get the Native species (Aguilegia Formosa or Aquilegia Canadensis)

Of the last three you mentioned, I would go with Purple coneflower. Black eyed susans can get out of hand and lavender can sometimes be tricky depending on the variety.

You might consider some more annuals this year, unless your budget runs to large perennials. Zinnia and tithonia are good for both butterfly and hummingbirds.

Check out the Winter Sowing forum - you can plant butterfly weed, purple coneflower, and dill seeds and have lots of plants for very little trouble or money, and they will bloom this summer.

Lantana you can get at any garden center and it grows like crazy in the hot weather, alway blooming.
