My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I joined the "Hummingbird Club" last year, mostly to see if I could capture a nice close-up picture with my digital camera. I hope to do better this year. I have been eagerly waiting to view my first humming bird, and today one appeared, a male. I have 3 feeders, 2 on kitchen windows, and 1 hanging low on a tree limb (Crepe Myrtle tree.) I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and several friends are reporting their first sighting since March 22.
