My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Saw my first this AM

I live in suburban Philadelphia. Not too far from the Philly airport and close to the John Heintz Wildlife Refuge. I wanted to give those of you who are waiting here in PA an idea of where I am so you'll know that it could be your turn. I was very excited to see the return of my most favorite bird to watch. Now I just hope more come!
