Am I going to loose this plant?

I purchased a Cardinal Vine and a Moonflower vine last week but have been waiting to plant it. I checked everything this afternoon and found them to be quite wilted. We had quite a bit of rain yesterday and the dirt is quite soggy...will they come out of this okay once they dry out a bit. I have brought them inside hoping it will help them dry out quicker. Any other suggestions or did I just not think ahead and bring them in out of the rain early enough and have lost them?

Thanks for the response...I brought them inside and in a couple of hours they perked back up. We are barely reaching 50 degrees today, so not quite sure if it was wetness or temps. My last frost date isn't until May 15th, so trying to keep them healthy til then.
