Question about Hummingbird Clethra

I have seen a shrub called Hummingbird Clethra. Is it really good for attracting hummingbirds? So far I haven't seen it mentioned on the forum or on that site someone included a link for in another post here. It looks like a nice shrub and I was thinking of getting one. Has anyone grown it and what do you think of it?
