My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Activity yesterday afternoon

This was the activity at 7 of my 12 feeders late yesterday. It was sorta' dark, so the video is a little grainy. That's a Wood Thrush singing in the background...
