Just a guess, but it looks like a Giant Amevia. They are established in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The picture in this FWC article is not very good, but Google has several posted.

Yes it does, Crenda, thank you. Wow they can grow to 2 feet. I will have to keep an eye on it cause I am pretty sure there are more than one hanging around my house.
