My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I really hesitate to post this since I know some have not had their first as yet. But this was my best hummer action so far. Hummers coming to the feeders every 5min or less. A lot of really crazy zig zagging and fighting.
