I have two of these little plants whose pretty red peppers are drying up. I'd like to chop a few to add a bit color to some pickled garlic we're making, but I was questioned as to whether or not they're edible. My first reaction was "of course they are". I've tried one and it had no heat and very little flavor. Which is no problem; all we want is a bit of color. Your opinions, please.
