My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

successful nesting confirmed!

I thought my female was showing definite nesting signs - today I saw one hovering a long time around the agastaches when another one dove at her - but they both rose up and sat down next to each other on a dead twig for some time, very companionably. Both had white tailtips. And after a while, flew off, one following the other, not chasing, in the direction I always thought she had nested in.

This is the first time in six years I've seen a sure nest success.
