My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The iron piece was a custom piece we had made. The center medallion was purchased from Uttermost and my Iron fabricator hand forged the outer edges based on my drawings.

Wow...I wish I can find something similar. I love love different and unique pieces and furniture. We recently moved so I wanted a new makeover. I sold my bed and most furniture at garage sale. I am operating off of beer money with a champagne taste.
