Yep, been fixen' this and fixen' that for the past four years and are finally getting to the point where almost everything is fixed. The house is almost 4,000 sqft and is a little bigger than my wife and I need. (Maybe even a lot bigger!) We're planning on getting a smaller house on a bigger piece of property so we can have a larger area and a barn for our horses.

What do you use for your video taping, Frank? I have an Hitachi dvd camcorder that I'm using. I don't like the editing software that comes with it. And the files are so big....hard to share as much as I'd like! I love your videos!

Jane: I've been using my wife's Canon PowerShot S50 digital camera. It takes 3 minute video files and is just a lot easier and faster to edit than when I used my old Olympus S-VHS Video Recorder. (You know, the old cassett tape type?!)

Frank, you've been asked this before I'm sure, but have you always had hummers in those numbers?

Your hummers never cease to amaze and delight me. Like everyone else I would really have a hard time leave such an area. Have you considered building a smaller house on the same land????
