My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hummer lovlies (pics)

I've been meaning to share some of my hummer pics from this summer and I'm just now getting around to it. ;-)

Here's a lovely female (she was first to come around) - you can see a spider web on her beak, LOL!

I finally started seeing an adult male coming to the feeders. We didn't have one last year and this one just showed up a little over a week ago. Needless to say...I was excited! :-)



I've also got a 3rd hummer - a juvenile male, but haven't gotten any good pics of him yet. Hopefully I will soon - I love his antics!
