Boy I sure miss Colorado! I lived in the Springs for 12 years. I know Royal George is a very cool Hummer hot spot another is Garden Of The Gods! Oh I miss my mountains........

I spent 2 weeks at that retreat place in Florissant, CO right near the Garden of the Gods and yep, it's a hummer haven at 8200ft. The place had feeders up along the side of the dining lodge in full view for anyone sitting outside on the attached deck at one of the picnic tables. It was like Frank's spot - literally dozens and dozens of them coming and going all day every day and you had to always look where you were going and duck often so as not to get dive-bombed by one!

Wheeee! How fun. I still remember my first buzz and it was awesome! :-)

Awwwwwww, I haven't gotten buzzed in a while. Have been working late for the past couple of weeks and barely have time to refill the feeders in the morning before I head off to work. Too many mosquitoes are out at all hours too...UGH!!!

...but am glad ya'll are getting buzzed!!!

I got buzzed for the first time last week. I was quite surprised and excited. I have only been getting hummers for about a month, and they come check me out when I'm on the deck. Nothing like being given the once-over by a HB.

Isn't it just awesome! I too just got my first "buzz" yesterday. I was outside watering about 7pm, in a red t-shirt, and 3 females kept darting by, one almost ran smack dab into me. What a thrill ;)
