My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

She Finally Sat Still for a Picture

21 years ago

This is the feeder outside my office window; my desk is against the wall and facing the window. The hummers have been shy about letting me take photos--as soon as I raise the camera they take off. Have had more activity lately, though, and they are paying less attention to the camera.
